DESCRIPTION: It is located in Cienfuegos City, coordinated at 220 18′ N and 800 28 ‘ W. The Base has 3 very well defined fishing areas: Pesca Bahía de Cienfuegos, Pesca Litoral Sur de Cienfuegos y Pesca Banco de Jagua.

FISHING AREA : For the activity there are two boats: Yacht “La Gaviota”, 41 feets of length (2 Volvo Engines, 306 HP each one), with comfortable conditions for the activity. Yacht “Paraima” of 36 feets of length (1 Detroit Engine, 450 HP). There is a professional fishing guide. This area 26 nautical miles from the coast, the fishing area understands around 80 Km2 and the most abundant species are Cabrillas, wreck fishes, barracudas, pargos, sharks, among others.
