Palacio de Convenciones

Twenty years after it’s creation, the “Palacio de Convenciones de la Habana” (Havana Conventions Palace) is an institution specialized in events and congresses of unquestionable prestige in Cuba.

Located in one of the most beautiful residential neighborhoods in the city, surrounded by a leafy vegetation and protected by wide roofs of tiles is the “Palacio de Convenciones de la Habana” occupying a surface of 60 000 m².

As an specialized institution it organizes, promotes and carries out congresses, conventions, symposiums, conferences, fairs and exhibitions. By means of a wide net of official representatives in Latin America, North America and Europe, without exclusive character and in common accordance with the travel agencies, associations or companies interested in these services, promotes and markets the foreseen plan for each one of the events and international fairs programmed.

For the successful achievement of their services it has 15 rooms with different formats. Amontg those stands out the auditory, modernly equipped with capacity for 1500 people, adjusted according to the parliamentary system.

In the area occupied by the different rooms, plus five Snack Bars, is the main bar, the cafeteria and the restaurant “The Bucán.”

It offers different services such as professional organization of congresses, conferences, official of room, technical secretary, distribution of documents, references, translation, simultaneous interpretation, types, impression, audio, accreditation, besides professional organization of fairs, assembly of exhibitions, gastronomy and general facilities including bank services.

In Cuba, the Palacio of Conventions of Havana is by far the place for an event in Cuba.
